Good Morning,
The Christmas Season is here

their trip and experiences. If you
missed the service you can watch it online at www.fbccarthage.com and scroll down the
home page to the Live Stream Audio – Live Broadcast 2016/12/11.
The offering received
yesterday for the Tennessee Baptist Disaster Relief effort in Gatlinburg/Pigeon
Forge was $1,315.05. If you didn’t get a
chance to give to help those devastated by the fire, you can still give through
the church or you can give directly online at http://tnbaptist.serveronline.net/pymt/dr2016easttnfires.htm
. We will send the offering to the
Disaster Relief effort after Wednesday of this week. Here is more information on the Tennessee
Baptist Disaster Relief ministry. Check
it out at: http://tndisasterrelief.org/
During the month of
December we are focusing on International Missions and receiving the Lottie
Moon Offering for International Missions.
Everyone is asked to give a special gift for missions during this
emphasis through the special offering envelopes in your mailed packets or the
envelopes in the pews. In addition, the
entire offering on Christmas Sunday, December 25 will go toward this mission
offering as a birthday present to Jesus.
The three words of mission action are Pray, Give, Go.
Have a blessed week,
Bro. Tim

During this
Christmas season there are many movies that have become classics. One of those is Charles Dickens’ story of A
Christmas Carol. Many versions of this
story have been made but the one that I think has the most Christian influence
is the 1951 version. Here is an online
