Good Morning,

This is an exciting week for me as I have the opportunity to travel to several different college campuses and visit our students from FBC Carthage. We have a great group of college students and they are an important part of our church. Pray for them as they are in classes and preparing for their vocations. Pray for me this week as I travel and meet with the students.

Here is the itinerary for my college road trip so far. There are several other schools and students that I hope to finalize the schedule with this week.
· Monday, October 26 5:30 PM @ Olive Garden
Dinner with Middle Tennessee State University Students

· Tuesday, October 27 11:15 & 12:30 PM @ Zaxby’s Chicken
Lunch with Vol State Students

· Tuesday, October 27 5:00 & 6:00 PM @ Cheddars
Dinner with Tennessee Tech Students

· Thursday, October 28 12:00 Noon for Lunch Union University

· Tuesday, November 2 12:00 Noon for Lunch East Tennessee State

· Tuesday, November 2 6:30 PM @ Copper Cellar
Dinner with UT Knoxville Students

Youth are reminded that tonight will be a county-wide youth fellowship at Happy J Skating Rink @ 6:00 PM. The cost is $6.

Everyone is reminded of the Fall Festival this Wednesday, October 27 at 5:30 PM in the Christian Life Center. We will have chili, hot dogs, games, inflatables, prizes, and candy. Sounds like a lot of fun. Zeke will be leading us in worship and Becky Mitchell will be sharing the devotion with the children.

This Friday, October 29 will be our final regular season 5th Quarter following the Smith County vs. York football game. Spread the word about 5th Quarter. We are hoping for several additional 5th Quarters during the playoff games but they are yet to be scheduled.
