January 11, 2021
Good Morning,
The snow falling this morning makes it look and
feel like a winter day. It is a good day
to stay in and watch from the windows.
Thank you for the prayers this past week for me and my family as we have
dealt with Covid and being in quarantine.
Sara and Carolina are feeling
much better, while Fran, Callie, and I are taking our vitamins and watching for
symptoms. I appreciate Matt Davis, Marty
Dodge, and Brad Tackett sharing the preaching responsibilities while I am in quarantine. I am still in hopes of being able to be out
this weekend but I am trying to be patient, be a good example, and wait on the
prescribed time.
Please be in earnest prayer this week for our
nation. Many extreme steps are being
considered by many differing groups, all of the actions having wide-spread
effects. I remind you of Bro. Matt’s
message yesterday and encourage us to pray for the peace of our city, our
state, and our nation. As the nation has
peace, so will we have peace. If you

Facebook page or the fbcarthage YouTube channel. In these days of uncertainty, we must trust
in the Lord and pray.
